I hate the dubs/donk tires that new cars have! You don't need 18 inch wheels on a non-performance version an economy car! They cost way too much to replace and don't last very long and a harder ride and worse gas mileage too.

To answer your question though, unfortunately the best thing to do would be to buy a set of wheels and tires (in a different size) from Tire Rack or Discount. When you buy wheels and tires together, they mount and balance them at no extra charge.

Well, you have the Dart and the Saab wagon. What do you need 13 inch tires for?

I have a weird bolt pattern. 5x4. I can get wheel spacers that convert to 5x4.5 but I don't want to mess anything up.

The Dart is on 13s. She's currently on the original tires from when we put her in storage in 1996.

Oh wow awesome nice car! Coker Tire is specifically designed for old cars like that! They actually did the sizes different back then, and your original size is either 650-13 or 700-13. Unfortunately, Coker's tire are expensive as fuck.

The good news is that an old car like that will give you a little more flexibility, as load indexes and speed ratings didn't exist back then.

According to this chart , you can use the MUCH more available 185/70-13 size.

I would recommend the Vredestein Quatrac 3, since it seems to be the only tire in that size that's made in a non-third-world country. You can get them from Vulcan Tire

The Cooper Trendsetter may also be a decent option, but I don't know if they're US-made or Chinese.

Check JEGS. Usually the odd tires such as Coker's will cost much more then a normal size. It might even be cheaper to buy cheap 14" or 15" steelies and get the tires. Might even be cheaper.

Here's some grippy 13s, but they're 205/60/13s, which are about 1" shorter than the 195/70/13

I once had a 1995 ford aspire that took that size... Go to 1010 tire and calculate a slightly different size that is within 5% of the overall diameter and go for it... Also try the "ebay"
